1. What Caddie is

Caddie is a tool for video-based golf swing analysis and round tracking. It provides reads, drills and metrics for education and training. It is not professional medical or physical advice.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Caddie.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them and show you your analysis. We do not publish your content; it is shared only if you create a share link, which is revocable.

4. Plans and payment

We offer a free plan with a monthly limit of analyses and a paid Pro plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account. Prices may change with prior notice. Payments are handled by a third party (for example, PayPal); we do not store card details.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Caddie for anything unlawful, attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or upload someone else's content without their consent.

6. No warranties

Caddie is provided "as is." Single-camera analysis is an estimate and honest about its limits; we do not guarantee sporting results or absolute precision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caddie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the app. When you delete your account, we erase your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
