Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email and password (encrypted), the swing videos you upload, the round data you log, and the minimal technical data needed to run the service. We do not collect location; we strip EXIF/GPS metadata from your videos on upload.

How we use it

To process your analysis, show you your progress, keep your plan and run your account. Analysis runs on local models on our server; we do not send your videos to third-party AI services.

Who sees it

Only you see your swings and data. They are shared only if you create a share link, which you can revoke at any time. We do not sell your data.

Biometric data

Pose analysis is computed from your video to read your swing. We treat this data with the same care as the rest of your information and do not use it to identify you.

Retention and deletion

We delete the raw video shortly after processing it. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app; deletion cascades (sessions, analyses, rounds, share links). We honour the right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17 / CCPA).

Payments

Payments are handled by a third party (for example, PayPal). We do not store card details on our servers.

Cookies

We use browser storage for your session and preferences (theme/language) and an httpOnly cookie to serve your images securely. When you start a payment, the provider (PayPal) may use its own cookies. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Because we use only strictly necessary and functional cookies — none for tracking — you do not need to accept a consent banner to use the app.

Caddie is for users aged 16 and over.
